The unveiling and signing ceremony of the practice base between the College of Humanities and the alumni enterprises in Beijing was successfully held


From 16th to 17th November, the unveiling and signing ceremony of the internship practice base jointly built by the College of  Humanities and three alumni enterprises in Beijing was successfully held.


Kang Yonggang, Secretary of the Party committee of the College of  Humanities of Jilin University, and Hao Shuyuan, deputy secretary of the Party committee, signed an agreement to jointly build the practice base for college students with People's Daily National Humanity History magazine, General contracting company of China Construction First Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd and Phoenix. Secretary Kang Yonggang, Wang Xiangyu, chief editor of National Humanity History magazine of People's Daily, Zhang Hao, party secretary and chairman of the general contracting company of China Construction First Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd., vice president of Phoenix New Media and Zou Ming, chief editor of Phoenix jointly unveiled the base. At the meeting, Xiong Songce, chief editor of National Humanity History magazine of People's Daily, Zhang Hao, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the general contracting company of China Construction First Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd., and Wu Haipeng, deputy editor in chief of Phoenix, were awarded employment letters for social practice guidance teachers of the College of The Humanities.


In the activity, all parties indicated that they would take the construction of social practice practice base of Jilin University as an opportunity to continuously deepen cooperation, realize the organic combination of school enterprise resources and talent education, and promote the formation of a "three win" cooperative relationship for the common development of colleges, enterprises and students.


Jia Yuting, President of the Beijing Alumni Association of Jilin University, Tian Peng, assistant to the president of the College of  Humanities, director of the alumni office, Xu Ping, Professor of world history, Zhang Fangxin, deputy director of the Department of radio and Television Arts, Wang linqiang, director of the Graduate Office, and Yang Yibo, director of the student affairs office, attended the series of activities.


It is reported that in September 2020, Hao Shuyuan, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the College of  Humanities, Tian Peng, assistant to the president and director of the alumni office, and Xu Ping, Professor of the Department of world history, visited and discussed with a number of alumni enterprises in Beijing. The preliminary intention has been reached. This activity is further promoted and implemented on the basis of preliminary work. In the future, the college will continue to explore alumni resources to provide more high-level internship and employment platforms for graduates.
